If you order products from several shipping classes, you will be charged once the most expensive class. The selection of the shipping class is with Günter Hemgesberg e.K. and will be communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The company Günter Hemgesberg e.K. reserves the right to adjust the shipping costs due to unforeseen circumstances depending on the effort. If this is the case, we will let you know by email.

The shipping fee includes VAT. Since VAT is calculated on the flat rate depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (for example, when books are purchased). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.
